2026 Regenerative Land Care Tours

Ocean Hour Farm is a center for education, research, and demonstration of regenerative agricultural practices, highlighting the critical connection between land and ocean health.

Description of Activity: Attending a tour, workshop, volunteer day, educational series, or evening event at Ocean Hour Farm may include walking up to 3 miles on uneven surfaces and through tall grass, performing physical farming tasks, attending an indoor presentation, or participating in a hands-on educational activity. This is a working farm with electric fences, ponds, wildlife, and livestock. The property is split between two parcels, so crossing a street may be required during your time on the farm.

The individual named above desires to visit the Property on the Date(s) for purposes of the Activity described above. In  consideration of being permitted to visit the Property and participate in the Activity, the undersigned hereby agrees to the  following:

I, the undersigned, on behalf of myself and/or my child, as applicable, hereby expressly waive and release any and all claims  against Ocean Hour Farm, LLC (the “Company”) and its affiliates and related foundations, and its and their direct and indirect  principals, trustees, beneficiaries, equity holders, managers, directors, employees, representatives, family members, guests,  invitees, associated individuals and/or agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") on account of any injury, loss, illness,  disability, death, property damage, or any other expense incurred by me arising from my participation in the Activity or visit to  the Property, whether arising out of the ordinary negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise, including, but not limited to: (i)  any incident beyond the Released Parties' reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of God, crimes of violence, acts  of war, or government actions and restrictions; and (ii) any events directly or indirectly caused by intentional or negligent acts or  omissions. I covenant not to make or bring any such claim against the Released Parties, and forever release and discharge the  Released Parties from liability under such claims.

I am aware and understand that participation in the Activity may include transportation to and from the Property and, while at Property, close proximity to the natural world as well as agricultural and culinary tools, all of which present inherent risks,  including but not limited to bodily injury and property loss and damage. Notwithstanding the risk, I acknowledge that my or my  child’s (as applicable) participation in the Activity and visit to the Property is voluntary and with the knowledge of the danger  involved and hereby agree to accept and assume any and all risks of injury, disability, death, and/or property damage arising from  my participation in the Activity and visit to the Property, whether caused by the ordinary negligence of the Released Parties or  otherwise. In addition, I agree to at all times adhere to the rules and instructions of the Company and its representatives or agents  with respect to the Activity.

I also am aware and understand that the Company and its agents, licensees and affiliates may take photographs, video, or other  media (collectively, “Media”) during the Activity which may include recognizable images of participants such as myself. Unless  the opt out box is checked below, I hereby grant the Company and its agents, licensees and affiliates the right and permission to  use my name and likeness in or in connection with any such Media in any manner that the Company chooses in its sole discretion,  and waive any right to inspect or approve any such Media.

I have read this Release and Waiver and have had an adequate opportunity to ask questions and fully consider it before signing it.  I acknowledge that I have (a) carefully read this Release and Waiver and find that it is written in a manner that I understand; (b)  discussed this Release and Waiver with an attorney or knowingly and voluntarily waive the right to do so; (c) understand that I  am giving up all claims and damages against the Released Parties; and (d) sign this Release and Waiver as my free and voluntary  act. This Release and Waiver is the final and complete expression of my agreement on these subjects, and may be amended only in writing. In signing this Release and Waiver, I am not relying on any promise or representation made by a Released Party. If  any part of this Release and Waiver is not enforceable as written, it shall be enforced to the maximum extent allowed by law and shall not affect the enforceability of any other part. This Release and Waiver is binding on me, my heirs, executors, and personal  representatives, and assigns, and benefits the Released Parties.

Consent to Electronic Signatures: The parties agree that this agreement may be electronically signed and that the electronic signatures  appearing on this agreement are the same as handwritten signatures for the purposes of validity and admissibility.

FAQ’s

Can I register for more than two tickets at a time? Is there a waitlist?

No, we are limiting registrations to 2 tickets per registration to ensure more households get a chance to attend.

We are not able to offer a waitlist at this time.

Will there be other tour dates, and are they different?

Each of our four summer tours covers the same topics and areas of the farm. To ensure as many people as possible can experience the farm, we ask that you only register for one date.

2026 Tour Schedule:

  • Tuesday, June 16th, 2026 2-4 PM | Tickets released June 9 at noon
  • Tuesday, July 14, 2-4 PM | Tickets released July 7 at noon
  • Wednesday, Aug 5, 2-4 PM | Tickets released on July 29 at noon
  • Friday, Sept 25, 2-4 PM | Tickets released September 18 at noon

While farms are always changing, the content of this tour will be similar to that of the 2026 tours.

Where can we park?

You must park on-site. We will allow cars to enter starting 15 minutes before the event, and staff will direct you to the designated parking area. Please bring your whole group in one car and carpool whenever possible. Parking spaces on-site are limited; we also encourage biking and moped use. More detailed directions will be sent via email to registrants.

Can we take photos?

You are welcome to take photos, but please watch your step. Our regenerative pastures and historic roadways are uneven.

Can we come early or stay late?

No, since this is a working farm, all guests must be accompanied by a staff member. This tour is offered when we have dedicated staff available to accompany guests.
